Scene 04 Brush teeth 刷牙

Son: I hate brushing my teeth.

儿子：我讨厌刷牙

Mom: If you don’t take care of your teeth well, you will get cavities.

妈妈：如果不好好保护你的牙齿，会长蛀牙的。

Son: Okay then, squeeze the toothpaste for me.

儿子：好的。那帮我挤牙膏

Mom：Alright, clean your teeth and gums thoroughly.

妈妈：好的。牙和牙床都彻底刷干净。

Son: I see.

儿子: 知道了。

Mom：And brush for three minutes.

妈妈：刷三分钟。

Son: Has it been three minutes yet?

儿子：三分钟到了吗？

Mom: Yes, gargle and spilt now, then don’t leave the water running.

妈妈：嗯。现在漱口再吐掉，然后不要忘记关水龙头哦。

Newborn

新出生时：

I am a foal, a newborn pony. My legs are very wobbly.

我是一匹小马驹，一匹刚出生的小马。我的腿站起来还很不稳。

My mother feeds me her warm milk as soon as I struggle to my feet.

只要我挣扎着站起身，妈妈就会给我喂奶，奶水很温暖。

I feel stronger after my milk. I can stand up tall.

吃完奶后我感觉自己更强壮了，也能站得高了。

In the meadow

在草地上：

I am one week old. I grow bigger every day.

我一周大了，每天都在长大。

I spend my days in the meadow with my mother.

我和妈妈一起在草地上度过一天又一天。

I cuddle close to her when the wind blows.

一刮风，我就会紧紧地依偎着她。

I love feeling the soft grass beneath my hooves.

我喜欢享受蹄子下柔软的草。

Looking for mommy

寻找妈妈:

I am two weeks old. I have two new teeth. I want to show my mother.

我两周大了，长了两颗新牙齿。我想给妈妈看看。

Where is she? I neigh loudly to her.

I hope she hears me.

希望她能听到。

Soon my mother comes. She is never very far away.

Today will be a fun day!  A friend has come to play.

I am five weeks old.

We play games and run around the field.
