当我还是个学生的时候，来北京学习，跟一位北大数学系的助教老师聊天，对于未来满是憧憬和担忧的我们，对未知是充满了恐惧和迷茫的，于是我们便问他毕业以后想做点什么？我也不知道我在期待着什么，但是他给我的回答让我很惊喜，让我受用到现在。他说：“边走边观望吧！”

这一句话，让我体会到了人生的睿智在于不急不燥不焦虑，适时而出击。有时的顺流直下，也可柳暗花明又一村。那么问题来了，顺流直下的这种顺其自然，用英语如何表达呢？

【语言讲解】

    我们可以说Just go with the flow. Flow是水流的意思，go with sb. Or sth.就是顺应着某人或某物的意思，just gowith the flow,顺着水流，便是顺流直下，顺其自然。用这句话时，一般可以指相信你的直觉，而不需要在繁重的选择中做出选择。活在世上，我们都明白，有时世与愿违，并不是可以什么事情都能以自我的意志为转移，顺其自然未尝不是好的方法。

【文化引申】

在瑜伽中，有类似的说法。瑜伽中我们会讲放下你的意识，控制你的意识，而不是让你的意识带着你到处走。当你准备做冥想meditation的时候，你的瑜伽教练会让你先放松，放松你的思想，放下你的执着，letgo,放手，let it be事实已是事实，不会改变，放下你的执着与不纠结。人对自己最大的成全不就是放手嘛let go，让它去吧，顺其自然吧。

同样，也有人会说let it be. 接受事实的样子，事实已定，不再纠结。而let it be是历史上最有名的摇滚乐队组合最后一首歌曲。作者是paul,都说这首歌曲的灵感来自他小时候便去世的妈妈，但是这歌并不是关于他的妈妈的，而是关于甲壳虫乐队的解散的故事与他的感情变化。正像这首歌曲的名字一样,let it be, it made an appropriate statement about leaving problemsbehind and moving on life. 它很完美的阐述了事已至此，生活仍在继续，惋惜过去的同时也一起向前看的心态. Let it be.

我们可以看到不同的人不同的场景不同的时代，对于顺其自然的心态都是一样的，只是表达不同。Just go with the flow, just let it be, just let go. 你可以选择自己喜欢的句子来使用。
