China's first space lab, Tiangong I, re-entered the Earth's atmosphere at 8:15 am on Monday and later fell into the central part of the South Pacific Ocean, according to the China Manned Space Agency. During the re-entry process, most of the spacecraft's body burned out, it said in a statement. 

据中国载人航天工程办公室消息，我国首个目标飞行器天宫一号于2日上午8点15分再入地球大气层，后落入南太平洋中部区域。中国载人航天工程办公室在一份声明中表示，天宫一号绝大部分器件在再入大气层过程中烧蚀销毁。

Tiangong I was launched on Sept 29, 2011 and ended service in March 2016 after completing its mission. It docked with the Shenzhou VIII, Shenzhou IX, and Shenzhou X spacecraft and undertook a series of tasks, making important contributions to China's manned space program.

天宫一号于2011年9月29日发射，在完成其任务后于2016年3月终止服务。天宫一号与神舟八号，神舟九号，神舟十号飞船成功对接，承担了一系列任务，为我国载人航天事业作出了重要贡献。

Starbucks China has responded to public concerns that a chemical in its coffee may cause cancer, saying that "providing quality and safe foods and beverages to consumers" is the company's highest priority. The statement made on Saturday comes in response to a ruling earlier last week by a judge in California that might see Starbucks and other coffee sellers in the state required to print warnings on their products that they contain acrylamide. 

星巴克中国就公众对其咖啡中含有可能致癌的化学物质一事作出回应，称"为顾客提供高品质及安全可靠的食品与饮料"是该公司的头等大事。上周早些时候，美国加州一家法院可能裁决星巴克和该州其他咖啡销售商须在产品上印有其产品含有丙烯酰胺的警告。

Acrylamide is a potential carcinogen that is created when coffee beans are roasted. The World Health Organization removed coffee from its list of "possible carcinogens" in 2016. Some coffee drinkers say they'll give coffee drinking a second thought after the ruling, while others say that nothing can stop them from treating themselves to a few cups of coffee a week.

A new study found that graduate students are six times more likely to exhibit depression symptoms than the general population. Consistent with previous research on non-student populations, transgender and gender-nonconforming graduate students, along with women, were more likely to experience anxiety and depression than their cisgender male counterparts, according to the study.

One obvious solution is improving the work-life balance among graduate students. Of the graduate students who experienced moderate to severe anxiety, 56% did not agree that their work-life balance was "good". Among graduate students with depression, 55% did not agree with the statement.

Proper mentorship is another aspect that can impact a graduate student's mental health. Among the respondents with anxiety or depression, only half agreed that their immediate mentors provided "real" mentorship.

New Zealand trustee company Perpetual Guardian is halfway through a six-week long trial that could have profound implications for the future of labor. Staff are working four days a week but getting paid for five. New Zealanders work an average of 1,752 hours a year, making them close to average compared with their OECD peers.

Germans spend the least amount of time working annually, closely followed by Denmark, Norway and the Netherlands, while Mexicans, Koreans and Costa Ricans clock the most.
