(1) Cheddar 切达干酪

A hard cheese often orange in color, except in the case of white cheddar.

(2) Swiss 瑞士奶酪

Swiss cheese has holes in it and a strong flavor.

Mozzarella is a soft white cheese often used in Italian dishes.

American cheese is a processed yellow cheese product made from a mix of mild cheeses and sodium citrate, often sold in pre-packaged slices.
