Hello, everyone! I'm delighted that Children In Need have invited me to open this evening's show. Our relationships surroundings and experiences during the earliest years lay the foundations that shape the rest of our lives. And yet sadly, we know that for too many people stressful and traumatic situations in early childhood can cause harm and it can take many years to overcome.我们幼年时期所处的环境和经历为我们今后的生活奠定了基础。遗憾的是，对很多人来说，幼年时期的压力和创伤造成的伤害可能需要很多年才能克服。
