2015 Consignment Agreement

The Artist consigns to the Gallery and the Gallery accepts on consignment the Works listed above. Gallery and Artist will split the Net Proceeds from each sale evenly. Gallery may sell the work at a discount of up to 20% from the Retail Price. Net Proceeds shall be calculated after Gallery has been reimbursed in full for any expenses associated with the production of the work (e.g. framing, printing, manufacturing of displays).1
The Artist has read and understands the "Additional Terms" that are attached here and agrees that those rights and responsibilities are fully incorporated into this Consignment Agreement, which constitutes a binding agreement between Gallery and Artist.
