战疫：民警和志愿者值守高速道口

Shanghai reported 2 locally transmitted asymptomatic【无症状的】 carriers outside controlled areas today. Both had returned from other cities. Three places in Baoshan and Chongming were listed as medium-risk areas. Police and volunteers are now on duty 24-7 at highway entry points to check PCR test results of drivers and passengers. Zhang Hong tells us more.

今天（10/13），上海新增2例本土无症状感染者，均为外省返沪人员。宝山区、崇明区三地被列为中风险区。上海多个高速道口安排民警和志愿者24小时值守。记者张泓为您带来更多详细报道。

At around noon today, drivers were waiting for a PCR test at Fengjing checkpoint in Jinshan. The checkpoint is a major entry point from Zhejiang to Shanghai. More than 6,000 vehicles usually pass this checkpoint during peak hours. But most drivers were not familiar with PCR test requirements.

今天（10/13）中午，车辆在金山区枫泾检查站外排队等待检测。该道口是沪浙省级主要道口。高峰期通常有6000多辆车从此处通过。但多数司机并不知道这里有核酸要求。

I thought I would be allowed to pass after I did a PCR test in Zhejiang within 24 hours. But I was told I still need a PCR test done in Shanghai within 24 hours.

我以为浙江24小时内核酸做了以后，就可以正常通过了，但是他这边也是需要24小时的。

Nearly half of the drivers needed to do a PCR test at the checkpoint, so attendants were trying to speed up the process.

几乎一半司机需要在道口做核酸，检查站工作人员想方设法加快核酸流程。

We placed the PCR test site a few meters ahead of the checkpoint and doubled the number of people on duty including those taking samples and scanning codes.

把检测点前移设置到前端，增加了一倍的人手。检测员、扫码员都相应进行了增加。

There are five other checkpoints in Fengjing Town.

If we find someone with a red health code, we’ll take him or her to an empty space nearby and contact local pandemic control departments. They’ll send people to take over.

Elsewhere, at the Nanqiao exit on the Shanghai-Jinshan Highway in Fengxian, a PCR test kiosk was also set up with volunteers handing out cards reminding people to do one PCR test a day for three days upon entering Shanghai.

在奉贤区沪金高速公路的南桥道口，也设置了核酸检测点，志愿者在此处分发卡片，提醒入沪人员进行三天三检。

2.NFT VERSION OF WUKANG BUILDING SELLS OUT

武康大楼数字藏品售罄

Non-fungible token【代币】 versions of Wukang Building went on sale at noon today. This was the first time an NFT product was released of the historic building.

武康大楼NFT数字藏品今天中午（10/13）开售。这是首度开发历史建筑数字产品。

Each token costs 12 yuan and are sold on the Alipay mini program "Topnod". All 10,000 tokens were sold out within 4 minutes after going on sale. The digital token shows off the French Renaissance architecture style of the 8-story building. The company that created the NFT product said it took three months to design, and that some of the building’s finer details were omitted【忽略】 due to pixel【像素】 and size limitations.

每枚藏品售价12元，在支付宝小程序“鲸探”上售卖。1万份数字藏品在4分钟内售罄。该藏品展现了8层高的武康大楼，呈现法国文艺复兴时期的建筑风格。制作该数字藏品的公司表示，花了3个月时间设计，但由于像素和尺寸限制，武康大楼更细节之处没有完全展现。

3.UKRAINE SAYS RUSSIA CONTINUES ATTACKS ON KIEV, NIKOLAEV

Ukrainian media reported that the cities of Kyiv and Nikolaev were attacked by Russian armed forces today. There were no immediate reports of casualties.

据乌克兰媒体报道，基辅和尼古拉耶夫州今天（10/13）遭俄罗斯武装力量攻击。目前尚无人员伤亡。

Also, the director-general of the International Atomic Energy Agency Rafael Grossi yesterday arrived in Kiev after holding talks with Russian officials on setting up a protection zone around the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant in Ukraine. Grossi had（音频2：49误说成has有改口） met Russian President Vladimir Putin the day before. Russian officials said the Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant will switch to Russian nuclear fuel after its current reserves【储备】 are spent. Putin today attended the 6th summit of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia, which is being held in Kazakhstan. He will meet Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
