China's industrial profits improve
5月份全国规上工业企业营业收入同比增长6.8%

The revenue of China's major industrial companies went up 6.8 percent from a year ago last month, a faster growth pace compared with April, data from the National Bureau of Statistics showed Monday. 
国家统计局27日发布数据，今年5月份，全国规模以上工业企业营业收入同比增长6.8%，增速较上月有所回升。

Major industrial firms saw their profits decline 6.5 percent year-on-year in May, narrowing from an 8.5 percent contraction in April. During the first five months, major industrial firms made about 3.44 trillion yuan in total profits, rising 1 percent from the year before.
5月份，规模以上工业企业利润同比下降6.5%，降幅较上月收窄2个百分点。前5个月，规模以上工业企业实现利润总额34410亿元，利润同比增长1%。

China's per-capita grain hits 483 kg
我国2021年人均粮食占有量483公斤

China's per-capita share of grain reached 483 kilograms in 2021, higher than the internationally recognized security line of 400, Deng Xiaogang, vice minister of Agricultural and Rural Affairs, said at a press conference. China's cumulative grain output has exceeded 650 billion kg for seven consecutive years, achieving basic self-sufficiency and security.
农业农村部副部长邓小刚6月27日表示，中国粮食产量连续7年稳定在1.3万亿斤以上，2021年人均粮食占有量达到483公斤，高于国际公认的400公斤粮食安全线。中国已经做到了谷物基本自给、口粮绝对安全。

China launches satellite for land surveys, urban planning
我国成功发射高分十二号03星

China launched Gaofen-12 03, an Earth observation satellite, into space from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in Northwest China on Monday. The satellite was carried by a Long March-4C carrier rocket at 11:46 p.m. and has entered its planned orbit successfully. It will be used in land surveys, urban planning, road network design, crop yield estimation, disaster relief and other fields. It marked the 425th flight of the Long March series of carrier rockets. 
2022年6月27日23时46分，我国在酒泉卫星发射中心使用长征四号丙运载火箭，成功将高分十二号03星发射升空，卫星顺利进入预定轨道。该卫星主要用于国土普查、城市规划、路网设计、农作物估产和防灾减灾等领域。此次任务是长征系列运载火箭的第425次飞行。

By the end of May, as many as 848 multinational companies had regional headquarters in Shanghai. Despite the recent COVID outbreak, the megacity remains home to 512 foreign-funded research and development centers, the Shanghai Commission of Commerce said. 

截至5月底，多达848家跨国公司在上海设立了地区总部。上海市商务委员会表示，尽管因新冠疫情上海最近经历了封控，但仍有512家外资研发中心在这座超大城市落户。

Earlier this year, China fully implemented its negative list for foreign investment, expanded its encouraged investment catalog, improved services for investment promotion and added more cities to the pilot program for opening the service sector.
今年早些时候，中国全面实施外资准入负面清单，扩大鼓励外商投资产业目录，健全外商投资和促进服务体系，并新增服务业扩大开放综合试点。
