Hi, I need to see the manager. I have a complaint to make.

你好，我想见经理，我要投诉。

Yes I’m the manager. What can I do for you sir?

是的，我是经理。有什么事吗先生？
I have to make a complaint about the room. 

When I got here, the water doesn’t run in the shower and the bathroom was very dirty. So I called the reception and she got me a different room. Then in the evening, I found that my new room is just next to the laundry room. The washing machines are too noisy and I couldn’t even sleep. Also, did you have the room checked before I moved in? Because the TV in my new room doesn’t work and a mirror is broken.

我不得不投诉这间房间。当我刚入住后，发现淋浴时水不出来而且浴室很脏，所以我打电话给前台，她给我换了个房间。然后到了晚上，我发现新换的房间就在洗衣房旁边。我几乎都不能睡着因为洗衣机太吵了。还有，我入住之前你检查过房间吗？因为我换的房间的电视坏了，还有一面镜子也是坏的。
I’m awfully sorry to hear that sir. I’ll have someone to fix that for you.

非常抱歉先生。我会找人帮您来修理的。

You know what, 

I’m really disappointed in you and I don’t want them to be fixed. I want a refund and to find another hotel.

不会吧，我真的对你很失望，我不需要它们修好。我要退款并找另一家旅馆。
Again, I really apologize for your experience so far. I’d like to offer you our suite at no extra cost. If you are still disappointed after this, I’ll be happy to refund your money.
