I’m upset with the employees in this hotel.

What happened with them? 

他们怎么了？
They didn’t serve me well. Yesterday, when I wanted to have dinner in my room, I ordered through the Room Service. I put in my order at 7 pm and they brought the food at 9 pm. I had to wait for around 2 hours. You could imagine how my feelings were. 

他们没有很好地为我服务。昨天，当我想在房间里吃晚饭时，我通过客房服务部点了餐。我在晚上7点下单，他们在晚上9点送来食物。我等了大约两个小时。你可以想象我的感受。
Really? I often order my meals through the room service, and they always deliver them on time. 

真的吗？我经常通过客房服务部订餐，他们总是按时送货。
I don’t know. They said that they were very busy, so they were late delivering my food.

You should be understanding. Sometimes they are very busy.
