The children were at the river .小朋友们都在河边。

It was raft race day .今天是木筏比赛日。

Mum and Dad made a raft .妈妈和爸爸做了一个木筏。

The children helped .孩子们帮忙。

"It's a good raft , " said Dad ，" Let's get it into the water . "

“这是个好筏子，”爸爸说，“我们把它放到水里去吧。”

They slid the raft into the water .他们把木筏滑到水里。

Dad pulled it . Wilma and Chip pushed .爸爸往前拉，Wilma和Chip用力推。

Mum and Dad got on .妈妈和爸爸坐上木筏。

" Don't fall in ," said Wilf .“别掉到水里去，”Wilf说。

The raft race started . 木筏比赛开始了。

Mum and Dad went fast .妈妈和爸爸滑得很快。

" Go ! Go ! Go ! " shouted Biff ." You can win . 

"“加油！加油！加油！”Biff说，“你们可以赢的！”

Mum and Dad went faster .妈妈和爸爸滑得更快了。

" Come on ! " panted Dad . " We can win . "“加油！”爸爸喘着气说，“我们可以赢的！”

Oh no ! The raft broke in half . 啊，不要！木筏破啦。

SPLASH! Dad fell in the water .噗通一声！爸爸掉进水里了。

"Go on , Mum ," shouted Wilf ." You can still win . 

"“加油，妈妈，”Wilf大声喊道，“你还是可以赢的！”

Mum kept going .妈妈继续往前滑。

Dad got back on his raft .爸爸爬回到他自己的木筏上。

" Go on ,Dad , " shouted Wilma ." Go as fast as you can . "

“爸爸，加油，”wilma喊道，“拼命划呀。”

Oh no ! The raft broke again .啊，不要！木筏又破了。

SPLASH ! Dad fell in the water .爸爸又噗通一声掉到了水里。

Mum kept going and she won the race !妈妈继续往前滑。她赢得了比赛！

" Good old Mum , " said Wilma .“好样的老妈！”Wilma说。

"Poor old Dad , " said Wilf .“可怜的老爸，”Wilf说。
