雅思口语P2－描述你见过最有趣的动物

Describe an Interesting Animal you have seen.
You should say,·
what it was·
where you saw it·
what it was doingand explain why it was interesting.
描述一个你觉得很有趣的动物你需要说：

描述它为什么让你觉得有趣呢？

Now, this is a tricky question. Most of the animals I see day to day are pretty run of the mill, dogs, cats and the occasional horse.
这个问题真的是个不太好回答的问题，我每天看到的大多数动物都是比较平常普通的，狗，猫偶尔看到一两只马。

However, I have been fortunate enough to travel to Africa and there I saw a plethora of interesting animals you normally can only see on TV. There were lions, hippos, giraffes but the ones I found most interesting were the warthogs.
但是呢，我很幸运有生以来能去非洲旅行，在非洲之旅我在那里看到了很多通常只在电视节目上看到的有趣的动物。狮子，河马，长颈鹿，但是让我觉得最有趣的就是疣猪。

I was in Tanzania, on a safari with a group of student teachers when we saw a pair of warthogs from our Land Rover. The driver and our guide slowed the jeep down to a crawl so we could get a better look at them. These two warthogs were just stood next to the trail we were driving down looking at us with almost quizzical expressions on their faces.
我当时是和一组老师在坦桑尼亚的野生动物园的路虎敞篷跑车上旅行，看到了一对疣猪的，为了让我们看的更清楚，当时的驾驶员也就是我们的导游，特意减慢了车速。这两个疣猪但是就稳站在我们开车驶过的车痕旁，一脸茫然的也注视着我们。

It was so incredible to see those animals in real life, up close and personal. They were unbelievably ugly, so ugly in fact, you could almost call them cute. I’d only ever really seen them in documentaries and cartoon versions like in The Lion King so to see them ‘warts and all’ just a few feet away was incredible.
这真的是太不可思议了可以如此的近距离看到这些稀奇的动物，必须说他们长得真的很丑，是那种你无法想象的丑，丑到你会觉得他们很可爱。我真的只在电视专栏片里，还有动画片【狮子王】里看到过，但现在他们就真真切切的站在我面前，真的太不可思议了。

As we pulled up to them, they snorted and turned away to trot off into the long grass.
当我们在它们附近停下时，它们哼哼了一声，转身一路小跑躲进了长草丛。

And that was the best bit, to see their big round bottoms bouncing off towards the setting sun and their tails jutting straight up in the air like aerials on radio-controlled cars.

最逗的就是看到它们撅着圆圆的屁股一颠一颠的在夕阳的照映下跑进草丛，然后它们跑步的时候它们的尾巴像天线遥控车的天线一样直挺挺的立着。

The last sight we had of them were their tails poking above the long grass bobbing away in the distance.
最后的场景就是，我们只能看到它们的直挺挺的尾巴在长草丛中渐行渐远

I don’t think I will ever forget those funny looking warthogs for the rest of my life and despite seeing so many other incredible animals on safari that experience was the most interesting and memorable of them all.
我觉得我这辈子都忘不了这些长得特逗的疣猪，尽管在野生动物园中我还看到了其他难以置信的动物，但它们绝对是我所有动物中最难忘最有趣的。

I still keep a photo of those warthogs in a frame in my office and it makes me smile every time I look at it.
我现在还有疣猪的照片摆在我的办公室桌上，每次看到都会让我忍不住笑。
