Describe a person who is good at his or her job.
You should say,
who this person is

Right now, the person who is top of that list, would have to be my sister. She works as a physiotherapist and has done for about 20 years.
此时此刻，看到这个题目我第一个想到的就是我姐姐。她是一个有20年工作经验的物理治疗师。

First of all, just to become qualified as a physiotherapist, you need to study long and hard at university and then practice with in a hospital similar to a doctor.
首先如果你想成为一个有资质的物理治疗师，你需要很努力的在大学中学习很长一段时间，之后还要像医生一样到医院里进行一段时间的实践。

That in itself, takes dedication and focus but secondly, she has continued that same laser focus and passion throughout her career and has really impressed me. Just last month she was studying another course to make sure she has the best skills and knowledge to treat her patients in the best way possible.

When someone cares that much about how well they are doing their job you can bet that their customers, or in my sister’s case, patients, will notice it.

Ever since we were young, I have always looked up to my big sister and I’m sure I will continue to do that for many more years to come. 我从小就很崇拜我的姐姐，而且我也相信她一直会是我学习的榜样。She drives herself forward with so much energy at everything she does in her spare time as well, winning medals for skydiving, running and triathlon.
在业余时间，她也不断的竭尽所能的挑战自我，她获得了花样跳伞的世界冠军，马拉松和铁人三项的奖牌。

I’m definitely not going to compete with her in those sports, but I would like to think that I share the same passion for work and the continual learning process that she does. It’s a little sad that we don’t see each other as much as we’d like but we do live in different parts of the country now.
我应该是不可能在运动方面向她靠近，但我想我会以她为榜样，对于工作和持续学习充满热情与积极。虽然现在因为我们住的离的很远，交流见面没有那么多了，但是她的这种对工作的热情会一直影响我的。
