This year "Majia Xian" or vest line has become the goal of many women's pre-summer workouts. 

今年，"马甲线"成为众多女性在夏季来临前的锻炼目标。

Women in China have long associated being beautiful with being skinny, but a desire to be thin is often taken to the extreme, with detrimental effect on health and self-esteem. 

长期以来，中国女性一直把美丽与骨感联系在一起，但想瘦常常需要走极端，这对健康和自尊心都会产生负面影响。

However, for some Chinese women today, going to the gym has changed their goals, as they discover that body shape can be changed somewhat by gaining muscle without losing weight. 

但如今对一些中国女性来说，去健身房的初衷已发生改变，因为她们发现体形多少能通过增肌而非减重来改变。

Many workout-obsessed women are increasingly realizing that no matter how hard they try, they won't be supermodels, and acknowledging that physiques can vary due to a number of factors.

This is an important step on their path to self-acceptance. For many, the aim of losing weight has transformed into the desire to be the best version of themselves.

Who are the loneliest people

While we think of older people being more solitary, and thus more lonely, this might not actually be true. 

人们都以为老年人孤身一人的时候更多，所以更寂寞，但事实也许不是这样。

According to the work of Julianne Holt-Lunstad, a psychology professor at Brigham Young University in Utah, loneliness is actually at its peak among teenagers and young adults. 

美国犹他州杨百翰大学的心理学教授朱莉安娜•郝特-朗斯达的研究指出，实际上，青少年和青年才是最孤独的。

Also, the US National Social Life, Health and Ageing Project states that just 30% of older adults feel lonely fairly often.

While older people might be alone much of the time, this doesn't mean they are unhappy about it. In fact, people can feel lonely when they're surrounded by others. Many lonely people are also married.

Royal honeymoon rumored

The new Duke and Duchess of Sussex are reportedly planning their honeymoon at the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge in Alberta, Canada, according to TMZ. The Outlook Cabin, where they will reportedly stay, is 6,000 sq ft and costs C$8,850 per night. 

据TMZ爆料，刚获封的萨塞克斯公爵和公爵夫人计划赴加拿大亚伯达省的费尔蒙特碧玉国家公园旅馆度蜜月。据报道，他们将居住的"美景小屋"占地6000平方英尺(557平方米)，每晚的费用是8850加元(约合44081人民币)。

It's a spot which has been frequented by royals before. King George VI and the Queen Mother stayed there in 1939 and Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip also visited in June 2005. 

该度假村常有王室成员光顾，1939年乔治六世国王和女王的母亲曾入住于此，2005年6月伊丽莎白女王和菲利普亲王也曾到访此处。

Royal officials have yet to confirm if the claims are true, which come after Harry and Meghan had previously said they would postpone their honeymoon. TMZ sources claim that the resort has ordered special gear and other items to prepare for the arrival of the royal couple.

此前哈里和梅根表示他们将推迟蜜月，英国王室官员尚未证实这一最新消息是否属实。TMZ的消息源称，该度假村已经订购了专属生活用品和其他物件，以准备迎接这对皇室夫妇的到来。

Science has already proved that sunny days can lead to sunny dispositions, helping improve a person's mood, intelligence and memory - and researchers in China have now shed light on why.

A team at the University of Science and Technology of China in Hefei, Anhui province, discovered that ultraviolet light - an element of sunshine - activates a change in the brain that can make us smarter. 

位于安徽合肥的中国科技大学的研究团队发现，阳光中的紫外线能激活大脑中的变化，从而使人们变得更加聪明。

According to Xiong Wei, a professor at the university's School of Life Sciences who co-led the study, exposure to UV increases blood urocanic acid, which reacts with brain cells to boost levels of glutamate, a neurotransmitter involved in cognitive functions such as learning and memory.

牵头这项研究的中国科学技术大学生命科学学院教授熊伟表示，紫外线照射能够增加血液中的尿刊酸，尿刊酸与大脑细胞发生反应，从而提升谷氨酸水平，而谷氨酸是一种与学习和记忆等认知功能相关的神经递质。
