《勇敢的小裁缝》

从前，有一个小裁缝，他虽然个子不高，但却十分聪明勇敢。一天，小裁缝在自己的裁缝店里忙碌着，突然，他听到了一阵敲门声。

“请进！”小裁缝喊道。

门开了，走进来一个巨人。巨人看着小裁缝，轻蔑地说：“你这小不点，也敢自称是裁缝？”

小裁缝并没有被巨人的气势吓倒，他微笑着回答：“巨人先生，我虽然个子小，但我的手艺可不差。”

巨人冷笑一声，说：“哼，你要是真有本事，就跟我比试比试。”

小裁缝欣然答应。巨人说：“我们先来比力气，看到那边的大石头了吗？谁能把它举起来，谁就赢。”

小裁缝看了看那块巨大的石头，心里想：“这可难不倒我。”他灵机一动，找来了一根长长的绳子，然后把石头绑在了绳子的一端。接着，他用力地拉着绳子的另一端，石头就这样被慢慢地吊了起来。

巨人看到这一幕，惊讶得瞪大了眼睛。但他不甘心就这样认输，于是又说：“这次我们比速度，看谁能先跑到山顶。”

小裁缝知道自己跑不过巨人，于是他又想了个办法。他提前跑到了山顶，然后藏在了一棵大树后面。当巨人气喘吁吁地跑到山顶时，小裁缝从树后走了出来，说：“巨人先生，我早就到了。”

巨人恼羞成怒，他决定和小裁缝进行最后的较量——战斗。巨人挥舞着他巨大的拳头，向小裁缝扑了过去。小裁缝迅速地躲到了一块大石头后面，巨人的拳头打在了石头上，疼得他哇哇大叫。

小裁缝趁机拿起一把剪刀，冲向巨人，在巨人的身上剪了几个口子。巨人疼得倒在地上，求饶道：“小裁缝，你饶了我吧，我认输了。”

小裁缝得意地笑了笑，说：“好吧，既然你认输了，那以后就别再欺负人了。”

从此以后，小裁缝的名声传遍了整个村庄，人们都称赞他是个勇敢聪明的人。

"The Brave Little Tailor"

Once upon a time, there was a little tailor. Though he was not tall, he was very smart and brave. One day, the little tailor was busy in his tailor shop when suddenly, he heard a knock at the door.

"Come in!" shouted the little tailor.

The door opened and a giant walked in. The giant looked at the little tailor and said scornfully, "You little fellow, dare to call yourself a tailor?"

The little tailor was not intimidated by the giant's imposing manner. He smiled and replied, "Mr. Giant, although I am small, my craftsmanship is not bad."

The giant sneered and said, "Humph, if you really have the ability, compete with me."

The little tailor readily agreed. The giant said, "Let's compete in strength first. See that big stone over there? Whoever can lift it up wins."

The little tailor looked at the huge stone and thought to himself, "This won't be difficult for me." He had a brainwave and found a long rope. Then he tied the stone to one end of the rope. Then, he pulled the other end of the rope hard, and the stone was slowly lifted up.

The giant was astonished when he saw this and widened his eyes. But he was not willing to admit defeat so easily, so he said again, "This time we'll compete in speed. See who can reach the top of the mountain first."

The little tailor knew he couldn't run faster than the giant, so he thought of another way. He ran to the top of the mountain in advance and hid behind a big tree. When the giant panted and reached the top of the mountain, the little tailor came out from behind the tree and said, "Mr. Giant, I've been here for a long time."

The giant was furious. He decided to have the final contest with the little tailor - a fight. The giant waved his huge fist and rushed towards the little tailor. The little tailor quickly hid behind a big stone. The giant's fist hit the stone, and he screamed in pain.

The little tailor seized the opportunity to pick up a pair of scissors and rushed towards the giant, cutting several cuts on the giant's body. The giant fell to the ground in pain and begged for mercy, "Little tailor, please spare me. I admit defeat."

The little tailor smiled smugly and said, "Alright, since you admit defeat, don't bully people anymore in the future."

From then on, the little tailor's fame spread throughout the village, and everyone praised him as a brave and smart person.
