(二)Tony is a good boy
Tony comes home from school. He wants to play football, but he has a lot of homework.
“Hello, Tony!”says his mother.“How was school today?”
“Fine. But I have a lot of homework," Tony says.“I'd like a bottle of milk.”“Sorry, there isn't any. You can eat some cakes. But please don't eat too many. We're going to have supper."
Tony eats some cakes.Then he sits at the desk. He begins to do his homework. Mother goes to the shop. She buys some milk and some bread. There are not many people in the shop.She comes home soon. Tony is still doing his homework.
“Tony, you are a good boy," his mother says.“You're going to do well this year."“But I can't play football today," Tony says sadly.

（二）托尼是个好孩子

托尼从学校回到家。他想踢足球，但他有许多作业。
“你好,托尼!”他的母亲说，“今天在学校怎么样?”
“很好。但是我有很多作业。”托尼说，“我想要喝一瓶牛奶。”“对不起,没有了。你可以吃一些蛋糕。但是不要吃太多。我们要吃晚饭了。”
托尼吃了一些蛋糕。然后他坐在桌子旁。他开始做他的作业。妈妈去了商店。她买了一些牛奶和面包。商店里没有很多人。所以她很快就回家了。托尼仍然在做作业。
“托尼，你是一个好孩子。”他的妈妈说，“你今年要一直做这么好啊。”“但是今天我不能踢足球了。”托尼伤心地说。
