As a customer/shopper/buyer/client who purchased/bought an electronic dictionary from the online store several days ago ,I am writing this letter for the purpose making a complain ,because I have just found something wrong with its keyboard .

作为一名前些天在你们家网店购买了一个电子词典的顾客,我写信是想要投诉,因为我发现词典的键盘⌨️出了问题。

It was the frequent/constant/continuous problems that cause me not to make full preparation for the upcoming GRE . Thus,I am rather disappointed with your the bad/terrible of your product.

正是词典不断的故障导致我没有为即将到来的GRE考试做好准备。因此,我对你们产品糟糕的质量深感不满

In addition, compare with customers' demand, your service is not satisfactory. (To be specific, I called for several times, but no body answered.)

此外,与顾客的需求相比,你们的服务也是不能令人满意的,(我打过几次电话,但没人接)。

So/Accordingly/Therefore/Hence, I deem that it is advisable for you to change it for a new one or repay/return my money immediately.

因此,我认为你们应该立即更换一台新的给我或者退钱。

If you can not provide a prompt solution,I will call 12315 for a further complaint.

如果你们不能够提供一个即时的解决办法,我将会拨打12315进一步投诉。
