Sample Contracts for a Dealer-Run Art Fair

In Chapter 9, we promised to share a template for a contract beiwen an ar fair
and a participant that any dealer wanting to launch their own art fair could cus-tomize. As with any of the contracts in Part III in this book, but particularly with this one, you will want to have your attorney review all terms before using it. The template below is very similar to the one Moving Image art fair has used without any problems for five years now, but Moving Image is a specialized fair. This template is provided here primarily to highlight the various considerations any dealer launching a fair should think about, as well as include in a participation agreement.
