This notice is for the purpose of recruiting 100 volunteers for the summer camp for high students, which is scheduled to be hosted by our university.

本通知的目的是为将要在我校举办的夏令营招募100名志愿者。

This conference/meeting will start on June 20 and last for three days.Because/Since a majority of the participants are foreigners, it is appropriate for applicants to be able to speak at least one foreign language, such as English,French or Spanish, which will help volunteers communicate with foreign experts or scholars smoothly.In addition to this qualification, applicants are supposed to be warmhearted and considerate and it is your service that will enable foreign guests to enjoy a comfortable and fruitful trip in China.

这次会议将于6月20日开始并持续三天，因为大多数参会的是外国人，志愿者的申请者应至少能说一门外语，比如：英语，法语，或者西班牙语，这将有助于志愿者与外国专家或者学者交流顺畅。除了这个条件之外，申请者应该热情细致，正是你们的服务使得外国客人享受到一段舒适的中国之旅。

The camp activities mainly include visiting our camps, attending lectures by outstanding/famous/excellent/prestigious professors and taking relevant training courses/classes/subjects to be quite familiar with our campus, warmhearted and considerate.In addition to the above this qualifications, it is advisable for applicants to have/possess/own certain experience and ability of organizing activities and communicating with others, which will ensure lectures and courses to be held successfully.To conclude/In conclusion/In a word/In short/All in all, we hope that is your service that will enable these youngsters/guys/teenagers to enjoy a comfortable and fruitful trip of learning in our university.

夏令营的活动主要包括参观我们的校园，听知名教授的讲座，听相关的培训课程。因此，志愿者应该对我的校园是熟悉的，并且热心，周到。除了上述资质之外，申请人还应该具有一定的组织活动和沟通方面的经验和能力，这将确保课程和讲座的成功举办，总之，我们希望正是你们的服务使得这些年轻人在我校享有一次舒适并富有成果的学习

There will be an interview for applicants in the office of Postgraduates' Association at 14:00 on June 16.

六月十六日14：00在研究生办公室将有一个针对申请人的面试。

The camp will start on July 10 and last for approximately one week and there will be an interview for applicants/volunteers at 14:00 on June 20 in the Office of the Student Union.
