佐罗 Zorro Chapter 02

[00:00:01.1]Chapter Two A Surprise Visit

[00:00:06.0]At 7 p.m. the door of the tavern opens. 

[00:00:09.8]Sergeant Gonzales and the other soldiers are standing near the fire. 

[00:00:17.1]They are talking about Don Diego Vega and his rich family.

[00:00:24.1]They turn around and see a man. 

[00:00:26.8]He is dressed in black. 

[00:00:29.3]He has a black mask and a black smobrero. 

[00:00:33.4]It is Zorro!

[00:00:35.4]"Good evening! My name is Zorro!" says the masked man.

[00:00:40.4]The men in the tavern are very surprised and scared.

[00:00:45.5]Sergeant Gonzales looks at him carefully and says, 

[00:00:49.6]"What do you want, bandit?"

[00:00:52.5]Zorro laughs loudly. 

[00:00:55.2]He looks at Sergeant Gonzales and says, "I am here to punish you, Sergeant!"

[00:01:01.1]"What do you mean?" says the Sergeant.

[00:01:04.4]"You beat the poor natives. I am a friend of the natives. I am here to punish you."

[00:01:10.1]"You idiot! 

[00:01:11.6]The governor wants you dead or alive!" says Sergeant Gonzales. 

[00:01:16.5]He pulls out his sword and wants to fight.

[00:01:19.9]At that moment Zorro pulls out a pistol. 

[00:01:23.8]He watches everyone carefully. 

[00:01:26.6]Sergeant Gonzales looks at the pistol and says, 

[00:01:30.5]"Courageous men don't use pistols. They use swords. Perhaps you are not courageous, Zorro?"

[00:01:38.7]"This pistol is necessary because you have many friends in this tavern. 

[00:01:43.1]Everyone must go near the fire and stay there!" says Zorro. 

[00:01:47.1]"Now I have a pistol in my left hand and a sword in my right hand. I am ready to punish you."

[00:01:52.3]"Fight, senor!" says the Sergeant.

[00:01:55.3]They start fighting. Their swords move quickly and make a lot of noise. 

[00:02:01.8]The two men are good fighters. Zorro is fast and light. Sergeant Gonzales is slow and heavy. 

[00:02:11.1]Zorro jumps onto a table. Then he jumps onto a chair. 

[00:02:16.3]The fight continues and Sergeant Gonzales' sword falls onto the floor. 

[00:02:22.3]His face is white. He is scared. 

[00:02:26.0]Zorro slaps his face and says, 

[00:02:29.5]"This is your punishment." 

[00:02:31.8]Then he makes a Z on the Sergeant's shirt with his sword.

[00:02:38.4]Zorro runs to the window. He opens it and says, "Good evening, gentlemen!" 

[00:02:45.9]He jumps out of the window and disappears.
