Emily: Since you are all here, let’s get started. I am Emily. First of all, I’d like to thank you, all the department managers, for coming here about the meeting next month. The theme of the meeting is prospects of our products. Today, I’d like to listen to your views.

Mr. Lee: I’m sure you all agree with me that quality is the most important element.

Emily: OK. Thank you. Mr. Cook, as manager of the Sales Department, what do you think?

Mr. Cook: Oh, I tend to think that it’s quite important to seek out new approaches to reduce costs and increase profits, so that our products can gain a more competitive edge.

Mr. Brown: Well, we should also pay more attention to the advertisement.

Emily: Thank you for bringing that up. Ms. Jones, how do you feel about that?

Ms. Jones: In my opinion, good coordination will be needed between our company and our industrial partners.
