Nancy: Hello, Mr. Kola. How are you?

Mr. Kola: Not bad, Nancy. Were there any telephone messages while I was out?

Nancy: Yes, and I’ve put them on your desk.

Mr. Kola: Can you tell me what they were, please? I’m in a hurry.

Nancy: Oh, of course. Mr. Baker from Overseas Trading Company wants to make an appointment with you before 6th May.

Mr. Kola: I see. Anything else?

Nancy: I rang the Eastern Airlines to reserve your flight to Sofiya on 9th May. The direct flight you wanted is fully booked, and I wrote you a note about another flight. When you decide, I’ll ring back to reserve your flight.

Mr. Kola: An indirect flight is OK, too. Economy class, please.

Nancy: OK. I’ll reserve the flight right away.
