1.撰写寻商信函
企业通常通过商务信函的方式介绍目前的工作业务，寻找有意向做代理商的合作方。
关键词：
agent 代理商，promotion 推广，search 寻找，be inclined to 倾向于，mutual 相互的，contact 联系
举个例子：
We wish to sell our shampoo in your country so we want to look for an agent to help with marketing and promotion.
我们希望在贵国销售我们的洗发水，所以我们想找一个代理商来帮助营销和推广。

2.了解申请者
在收到有意者的申请后，应进一步了解申请者的资历与能力，择优选择。
关键词：
represent 代表，apply 申请，competence 优势
举个例子：

Did you represent any other companies in the same field?
贵方在同行业为别的企业做过代理吗?
To be honest, you are not the only one who applies for the agent for us. I'd like to know your competence to be our agent.
坦白来说，你不是唯一向我们申请做代理的公司。我想知道你做我们代理的优势。
3.通知中标代理商
企业经过内部讨论与决议，最终达成一致的选择后，应及时通知中标代理商申请结果与后续的工作安排，还应该向落选的申请者表示感谢。
