Do something you love.

做你热爱的事。

When you do something you love, as a scout, I see that you love it. But when you do something that you love, you'll never fail. What you're going to do is give it a shot again and again and again. You're ultimately going to be successful.

当你做你热爱的事的时候，我作为侦查员，能看得出来你们很喜欢自己所做的事。当你做一件你真正热爱的事情时，你是不会失败的，你只是会一遍又一遍地尝试而已，你终归会成功。

And remember this. You're not working, because when you're doing something that you love like I do. Of course, I love my business. But this is a little bit different. Who thought this was going to happen? We are, you know, having a good time. We're doing a good job. Doing a good job.

记住，你不是在工作，因为你正在做你热爱的事，就像我一样。当然了，我热爱我的事业，但是这有点不一样，谁知道这份事业会做成呢？你知道的，现在我很成功，我做得很好，很棒。

But when you do something, when you do something that you love, remember this, it's not work. So you'll work 24/7. You're gonna work all the time. And at the end of the year, you're not really working. You don't think of it as work.

但是，当你做你热爱的事情时，你要记住，这不是一份工作。所以，你会连续不断地努力，你会废寝忘食。你终究不是在工作，你不会把这件事情看成工作。

When you're not doing something that you like, or when you force in to do something that you really don't like, that's called work. And it's hard work, and tedious work. So as much as you can, do something that you love. Work hard and never ever give up and you're going to be tremendously successful.

如果你做的事情不是自己喜欢的，或者你被迫去做一件你真的不喜欢的事，那才是工作，而且是很苦的工作，很累的工作。所以，请你尽量做你热爱的事情。努力，永不放弃，终有一天你会取得很大的成功。
