1. jump your feet 4 feet apart with your arms stretched sideways.
2. Inhale, rotate your right leg and foot out 90 degrees.
3. Exhale bend your right knee until it's over the ankle ,right thigh
parallel to the floor ,turn your left foot in slightly.
4. Keep your hips and torso facing forward.
