《照顧好自己的心 Take care of your heart》

外面是黑的，屋里更要光明；外面是冷的，屋里更要温暖。
It's dark outside, but it's brighter inside. It's cold outside, but it's warmer inside.

别人错误，我们更要正确；别人恼恨，我们更要慈憫。
When others are wrong, we should be right. We need to show compassion to others out of anger.

不必唱高调，单是为了自己好，令自心欢喜，我们也要如此。
Do not have to sing high profile, just for their own good, make the heart happy, we also want to do so.

照护好你的心，让它欢喜，让它光明，它是你唯一的“亲人”，其余皆是别人，它才是你本身。
Take care of your heart, make it happy, make it bright, it is your only "family", the rest is others, it is yourself.
