我们含着泪水哭着来到这个世界，又在别人的泪水和哭声中离开这个世界，中间的过程被叫做人生。人生，就是一边拥有，一边失去；一边选择，一边放弃。
We cried with tears came to this world, and in the tears and cries of others to leave the world, the middle process is called life. Life, is to have, while losing; Choose while giving up.

　　人生，哪有事事如意，生活，哪有样样顺心。所以，不和别人较真，因为不值得，不和自己较真，因为伤不起，不和往事较真，因为没意义，不和现实较真，因为还要继续。
Life, which has everything, life, which has everything. So, with others more true, because it is not worth, with their own more true, because injury can not afford, with the past more true, because no meaning, with reality more true, because continue.

　　人要拿得起，也要放得下。拿得起是生存，放得下是生活;拿得起是能力，放得下是智慧。
If you can afford it, you have to put it down. Can take is survival, put down is life; Take up is power, put down is wisdom.

　　有的人拿不起，也就无所谓放下；有的人拿得起，却放不下。拿不起，就会庸庸碌碌;放不下，就会疲惫不堪。人生有许多东西需要放下。只有放下那些无谓的负担，我们才能一路潇洒前行。
Some people can not afford to put down; Some people can afford it, but can't put it down. Can not afford, will be mediocre / me-di'o-cre/. Can not put down, will be exhausted. Life has many things to let go. Only by laying down those unnecessary burdens can we move forward gracefully.

放下，是为了更好地前行。好与不好都走了，幸与不幸都过了。人生的际遇，一如窗外的雨，淋过，湿过，走了，远了。
Put down, in order to better forward. Good and bad are gone, fortunately and unfortunately have passed. Life, like the rain outside the window, drench, wet, go, far.
　　
　　曾经的美好留于心底，曾经的悲伤置于脑后，不恋不恨。过去终是过去，那人，那事，那情，任你留恋，都是云烟。学会放下，人生总是从告别中走向明天。
Once beautiful left in the heart, once sad in the mind, do not love or hate. The past is the past, that person, that thing, that feeling, you want to linger on, all is smoke. Learn to put down, life is always from farewell to tomorrow.

　　知足的人生让我们感到平静、安详、达观、超脱，不为凡尘中的各种牵累所左右，是一种智慧的人生境界，对生活不挑剔，不苛求，不怨恨，不贪婪，不误解，不怀疑。
A contented life makes us feel calm, serene, philosophical and detached. It is a wise realm of life. It is not fastidious, demanding, resentful, greedy, misunderstood or suspicious.

　　没有什么东西是永恒不变的，人生总是这样，得失无常，再美好的东西，也无法拥有太久。
Nothing is permanent, life is always like this, gain and loss impermanence, and then a good thing, can not have too long.

　　再痛苦的东西也会离你远去。所有的经历，都是一种修炼，等走远了再回首，会发现，这一切会让我们变得坚强和清醒。
No matter how painful things will leave you. All the experience, is a kind of training, and so go far to look back, will find that all this will make us stronger and sober.

　　缘合则聚，缘灭则散，不执于苦，不执于乐，不悲过去，不贪未来，怀平和之心，恬淡的活在每一个当下。
The edge together is gathering, the edge is scattered, no holding on to the bitter, no holding on to the happiness, not sad in the past, not greedy for the future, with a peaceful heart, quietly live in every moment.
