稚嫩童颜早已换了风尘满面。

That face is now engraved by time

 

曾经我们叫嚣着的流浪与自由，

We once wanted to be gypsies, and free

激昂的战火与血色的浪漫，

Our passionate fantasies and romances

在真实面前，却都黯然失却了那玫瑰的颜色，

Turned stone cold in the face of reality

变得稚嫩而矫情。

Turned childish, and melodramatic

轻飘飘地像遇到了磐石的鹅毛。

Like an egg in the face of stone

 

揭开那层诗意的漫卷轻纱，

Flip open that poetic veil

触摸到的却是寒冷而坚硬的现实：

The stone cold reality surfaced

 

“贫穷”就是你要在垃圾堆里艰难求生，

Being poor means finding a living in the dump

“落魄”就是有人会用一瓶可乐换取你明亮的眼睛，

Being dire means lightened up by a bottle of coke

“流浪”就是你要在茫茫人海中茫然四顾找寻不到失落的同伴，

Being gypsy means never seeing your pals

“风尘”是穿华丽的衣服麻木地跳舞纤细的胳膊上却满是受虐的伤痕。

Being seasoned means having scars all over your body

 

我们远离贫穷和战乱，

We stay afar from poverty and war

我们无睹欺骗和谎言，

We ignore cons and lies

我们还没有经历生离和死别，

We have yet experienced life or death

这世界充满着泪水，

This world is full of tears

然而，最好的结局，

The best ending

也许就是用亲吻抚去爱人脸上的伤痕…

Is to kiss loved ones on their tear-filled eyes
