1.It's so cold I'm shivering.

太冷了，我浑身发抖。

shivering：When you shiver, your body shakes slightly because you are cold or frightened.

冬天冻得你瑟瑟发抖，就是shivering。

2.It's so cold I'm wearing two pairs of thermals.

太冷了，我穿了两条秋裤。

秋裤：不是autumn pants，更不是chill cool，它正确的表达为thermal,全称：thermal underwear

thermal：

Thermal clothes are specially designed to keep you warm in cold weather.

冬季寒意逼人,防寒保暖的秋裤成为过冬的必备品。而“穿秋裤”用英语来说就是“wear a pair of thermal”。

太冷了，我穿了四双袜子。

socks：

Socks are pieces of clothing which cover your foot and ankle and are worn inside shoes.

crave: to have a very strong desire for sth

冬天面部缺少遮挡,直面寒风,疼痛的感觉会特别深刻。“脸疼”和“面部受伤”可以说“face hurts”。
