Good evening, everyone. I'm thoroughly delighted as always to be here to recognize the transformational achievements of 20 exceptional young people from across the world. The paths taken by these young people have not always been easy, many have overcome adversity and prejudice. But they are driven by courage compassion and commitment, qualities shared by my mother.这些年轻人所走的道路并非一帆风顺，许多人克服了逆境和偏见。但他们的动力是勇气、同情心和奉献精神，这些也是我母亲所共有的品质。
Their stories remind us of the importance of organizations like the Diana Award. I've seen on many occasions over the years how this charity empowers and mobilizes young people to take action and make the changes they want to see in their communities and in the world around them.他们的故事提醒我们像戴安娜奖这样的组织的重要性。多年来，我多次目睹这个慈善机构如何赋予年轻人力量，动员他们采取行动，为自己的社区和周围的世界带来他们希望看到的变化。

But this evening's Legacy Award is particularly special as it marks the 25th anniversary year of the Diana Award, a charity set up to reflect my mother's belief that young people can can change the world.但今晚的遗产奖尤为特别，因为它标志着戴安娜奖成立25周年，这个慈善机构的成立反映了我母亲的信念，即年轻人可以改变世界。
I know that she would have been honored to see a charity in her name doing such inspirational work to uplift young people from all corners of the globe.
