We need to make a change. 

I want to double the quantity, 

that is, 2000 cases in total.

We are very sorry to inform you that we can’t supply you with 2000 cases right now. 

Would you mind waiting for another week?

I’m afraid not. 

How many can you supply at present?

I think we are able to supply you with no more than 1500 cases. 

Do you need any substitutions?

No, thank you. 

I’ll take all that you can give us.

We can promise delivery within 3 days after receiving the order.

If the quality of your goods is as good as the samples you provide, 

we’ll place substantial orders.

Good. 

Any other items need changing?

No.

All right. 

Then I will send the order to the dispatch department and ask them to arrange delivery.

Sending a Contract

Mr.Laurence and Mr.Ma are talking about a contract.
