Moana knew what she had to do. She repaired the boat and sailed back to face Te Kā on her own (独自). She steered toward an opening between the barrier islands, heading for (前往，出发) Te Fiti.

莫阿娜明白自己的使命。她修好了船，独自回去面对恶卡。莫阿娜把船开向障壁岛之间的一个开口，朝着特菲提驶去。

Moana noticed (注意到) that Te Kā couldn’t move through the water. That meant that if she got past the barrier islands, she’d make it to Te Fiti.

莫阿娜发现恶卡不能在水面上移动。这就意味着只要能穿过障壁岛，她就能到达特菲提。

But the lava monster brought down a fist again. Moana dodged (躲避) the blow and turned toward another gap. When Te Kā cut her off, Moana doubled back. It was all part of her plan!

但是岩浆恶魔再次捶下拳头。莫阿娜躲开攻击，转向另一个夹缝。恶卡截断了她的路，莫阿娜又一次掉头返回。这正是她的计划！

At last, Moana made it through, but Te Kā launched a lava ball that capsized her boat.

终于，莫阿娜成功了。但是恶卡抛出一团岩浆，砸翻了她的船。

Te Kā’s hand was poised over Moana, ready to deliver (发起) a final blow. Suddenly, Maui appeared and knocked the monster’s fist away!

恶卡瞄准莫阿娜，准备发起最后的一击。突然，毛伊出现了，砍下了恶魔的拳头！

“Maui!” cried Moana. “But your hook . . .”

“毛伊！”莫阿娜大喊。“但是你的鱼钩……”

Maui held up the cracked hook and nodded. “Some things are more important,” he said. “I’ve got your back. Go save the world!”

毛伊举起裂开的鱼钩，点了点头。“有些东西比鱼钩更重要，”他说。“我负责断后。你去拯救世界吧！”

“Thank you,” said Moana.

“谢谢你，”莫阿娜说。

Maui smiled. “You’re welcome!”

毛伊笑了。“不用谢！”

Moana reached Te Fiti and scrambled up (攀爬) a slope (斜坡). But something was wrong. The island was gone! There was no place to put the heart!

莫阿娜来到了特菲提，爬上一个山坡。但是，事情不对。特菲提海岛不见了！特菲提之心无处可放！

She turned and saw that Te Kā had completely smashed (粉碎) Maui’s fishhook. And for the first time, Moana noticed a glowing spiral (漩涡) on Te Kā’s chest.

莫阿娜转过身，看到恶卡彻底摧毁了毛伊的鱼钩。她还有一个意外的发现，在恶卡的胸口，有一个发光的漩涡。

Moana held the heart of Te Fiti over her head and spoke to the ocean. “Let her come to me.”

莫阿娜将特菲提之心举过头顶，对海洋说：“让她来找我吧。”

The water parted, opening a path (路) that led straight to Te Kā. The monster raced toward Moana!

突然，海水开始一分为二，开辟出一条路，径直通向恶卡。这时，恶卡沿着路向莫阿娜移了过来！

Very calmly (平静地), Moana began to sing. Her song echoed what Gramma Tala had taught her and what she’d learned about herself.

莫阿娜从容地唱起了歌。她的歌描述着塔拉奶奶的教导，诠释着莫阿娜的内心。

The words seemed to affect (影响) Te Kā, who slowed down (慢下来).

歌词似乎也影响了恶卡，她放缓了速度。

“I know who you are,” Moana whispered. Then she placed the heart in the glowing spiral . . . and Te Fiti emerged!

“我知道你是谁，”莫阿娜低声说。然后，她把特菲提之心放进了发光的漩涡……这时，特菲提出现了！

Maui apologized (道歉) to Te Fiti. “What I did was . . . I have no excuse,” he said. “I did it for myself, and I’m sorry. You may smite (重击，惩罚) me now.”

（特菲提用手把莫阿娜和毛伊举到面前，）毛伊向特菲提道了歉，“我的所作所为……我真的错了，”他说，“我只顾为自己考虑，对不起。你现在可以惩罚我了。”

Te Fiti brought down her fist, but not in anger. In her palm (手掌) was Maui’s fishhook, completely restored! With love, Te Fiti then set Moana on the beach, where her boat, covered in flowers, was ready to sail home.

特菲提伸出拳头，但是并未生气。她打开拳头，在她的手掌中，躺着毛伊的鱼钩，鱼钩完全复原了！随后，慈爱的特菲提轻轻地把莫阿娜放到了海滩上。在海滩上，莫阿娜的船缀满了鲜花，正等待起航回家。

Moana gave Maui a hug. “You could come with me. My people are going to need a master (高手) wayfinder.”

莫阿娜给毛伊一个大大的拥抱。“你可以跟我一起回去。我的族人们需要寻路高手的指点。”

“They already have one,” said Maui. A tattoo of Moana the wayfinder appeared over his heart!

“他们已经有一位了，”毛伊说道。这时，寻路人莫阿娜的纹身出现在了毛伊的胸口上！

All across the ocean, life returned. The spreading darkness was gone. On Motunui, the land turned green and lush (茂盛的). Fish returned to the bay.

整个海洋又恢复了盎然生机。蔓延的黑暗消失了。莫图鲁尼岛又变得郁郁葱葱。鱼群也回到了海湾。

The whole village joined Moana’s parents at the water’s edge to welcome Moana and Heihei home.

这天，整个村子都陪莫阿娜的父母来到了海边，迎接莫阿娜和憨憨的归来。

At last, Moana was ready to become a leader and place her stone with those of the other chiefs. But for Moana, it wasn’t a stone—it was a conch shell (海螺壳).

终于，莫阿娜准备好接任酋长，把她的石头和其他酋长的石头放在一起了。但是，莫阿娜放的并不是石头——而是一个海螺壳。

The islanders were inspired and remembered who they were: voyagers! Together, they repaired the ancient boats and headed into the open ocean for a new era (时代) of exploration (探索), led by a master wayfinder.

莫阿娜给了岛民们巨大的鼓舞，他们想起了自己曾经的身份：航海者！他们齐心协力，修好了古船，开启了探索辽阔海洋的新纪元。他们领航者是一位寻路大师。

She was Moana!

她就是莫阿娜！
