旅游课程-住宿06-办理退房

本期是我们最后一期关于住宿的课程啦，今天要退房-check out啦。退房的时候也有很多小细节需要注意哦，那接下来就跟着小编一起学起来吧。

Staff: Good afternoon sir. Can I help you?

Chris: I’d like to check out from room 1824. This is my key card.

Staff: Yes Mr. Wilson. have you used the mini-bar at all this morning?

Chris: No, I haven’t.

Staff: Okay. let me see here…It’s 260 dollars. You have paid a 50 dollars deposit so you just need to pay 210 dollars now.

Chris: ok. Here’s my card.

Staff: Thanks. please sign here. 

Chris: okay. and I need to meet a few friends later today. Can I leave my luggage here until this afternoon?

Staff: Sure please take them to the concierge and he will hold them for you.

Chris: Thanks.

Staff: You are welcome Sir. Have a nice day!

I’d like to check out. 

和入住的时候相反，入住我们说I’d like to check in. 退房就是I’d like to check out.

Have you used the mini-bar at all this morning? 

您今天有消费房间附带的食物酒水嘛？

I haven’t used the minibar at all.

 我没有用minibar

I haven’t used the room service at all. 

我没有叫客房服务。

You shouldn’t charge me for this. 

你不应该收我这个的钱。

寄存行李

1.如果我们退房之后不马上离开这座城市，需要寄放下行李可以这么说：

Can I leave my luggage here until this afternoon?

我能把行李留在这里吗？

until +时间，表示到什么时候为止。

Please take them to the concierge and he will hold them for you. 

你把行李拿到礼宾处寄存就可以了。

2.BTW (By the way)，有的时候因为行程变化，可能你会需要在这个酒店多住几天。

Can I extend my stay for two more nights? 

要多住两晚

I’m sorry, we are fully booked. We won’t be able to accept your extension request.
