Ling: Hi, Kim! So nice to see you! You look fantastic!
Kim: Yeah!This is my first time in Taipei. I'm so excited.
Ling: Tell me, how do you feel about the city?
Kim: I like it! Everyone looks busy, but the people are very friendly.
Ling: There are many cars and scooters on the street. Don't you think it sounds really noisy when you're outside?
Kim: Well, a little bit. But the transportation is convenient, and I can go anywhere I want.
Ling: That's right. I'll take you to the night market to try some yummy food tonight.
Kim: That'll be great! .

(At the night market)
Kim: Wow! Everything looks delicious to me! I feel hungry now.
Ling: Let's try the beef noodles first. They taste salty and spicy.
Kim: Sure, I'll try everything. But I'm thirsty now.
Ling: Try the pearl milk tea! Don't you think it looks interesting? It tastes really sweet, and it's the most popular drink of all.
Kim: OK, I'll have a cup. Something smells stinky. What is it?
Ling: Haha, it's stinky tofu, the most famous food in Taiwan.
Kim: It smells terrible.
Ling: It tastes better than it smells. You should try it.
Kim: No, thanks. Let's try some other food.
Ling: Oh, I thought you were going to try EVERYTHING!
