Getting over heartbreak is not a journey. It's a fight, and your reason is your strongest weapon. There is no breakup explanation that's going to feel satisfying. No rationale can take away the pain you feel. So don't search for one, don't wait for one, just accept the one you were offered or make up one yourself and then put the question to rest, because you need that closure to resist the addiction. And you need something else as well: you have to be willing to let go, to
accept that it's over.

Otherwise, your mind will feed on your hope and set you back. Hope can be incredibly destructive when your heart is broken.

Getting over heartbreak is hard, but if you refuse to be misled by your mind and you take steps to heal, you can significantly minimize your suffering. And it won't just be you who benefit from that. You'll be more present with your friends and more engaged
with your family.

心碎的愈合并非一次旅程,而是一场战斗,而你的理智就是你最强大的武器。没有任何一个分手的解释会让你满意的,也没有任何理论可以带走你所感受到的痛。所以不要再找原因了,也不要再等另一个解释了。去接受你知道的那个,或者自己编一个也行,然后就别再追究了,因为你需要一个了断来防止自己继续消沉在这种痛苦中。你还需要做其它事情:你必须甘心放手,接受这段感情已经结束了的事实。

走出心碎的状态是非常难的事,但如果你能不被自己的意识误导,而是主动去修复你的心,你就能大大减少自己的痛苦。这不仅对你自己好,你的家人和朋友也会因为你状态的调整而收益。
