我有一个客人 他和他老婆 从他追他女朋友 就在我这里订花

I have a client who started booking flowers from us when he was chasing his girlfriend

然后你就会发现对应订婚照 结婚照 宝宝出生的照片

Now I can look at the photos of his engagement, wedding, and the new baby

然后你再对应每一次送的花，你就会发现

each with a different kind of flower

花店的这种美好已经可视化了

那个时候的客人 他更愿意到店去挑一个花

At that time, customers were more likely to pick up flowers in a store, themselves

甚至于参与花店的花艺师的制作

and even get involved in the whole floral design

他们对花的到底用什么颜色玫瑰啊 用什么花材

大部分客人有的时候还甚至自己来拿

Most of them would select the flowers themselves

他不要你配送

They didn't want delivery

他就是打算自己送给自己的女朋友或者太太

They wanted to give the flowers to their girlfriend or wife on their own

How long has it been since your last visit to a flower shop？

A lot of people have gotten used to ordering a bouquet online ,and either waiting for its 

arrival or having it delivered directly to the lucky person without even having seen it.

But the little shops are actually the source of the fragrance and the beauty that walked out into the hustle and bustle of our daily life.

很多人现在已经习惯在网上下单一束鲜花，等待送达

或者直接配送给爱人

但正是这样的小店才是把香气

飘入我们繁忙生活的源头

花店老板 / owner：

开店到差不多（20）15 年左右 

我们的零售占比的份额是非常大的 要占到差不多八九十

In 2015, retail sales made up 80 or 90% of our income

现在营收里面企业级客户的占比要占到 70% 以上

Now, more than 70% of our sales come from corporate clients

我特别希望我能够在实体店见到更多的到店客人

I really hope we get more customers in the shop
