Take the first step in faith, you don't have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.

All things are difficult before they are easy. Don't worry, the first step is always the hardest. It'll get easier after that. When you have a goal, don’t wait to start working toward it just because you don’t know whether you’ll succeed or not. If you never take the first step, you’ll never know.

Sitting still won’t get us anywhere. If we pause at the beginning we may have never taken a successful journey in the past. But we took the journey and became great leaders and accomplished great things.

If you have a dream to chase and a plan waiting to perform. Remember that you don't have to see the whole staircase to get started. You can’t see any of the staircases until you take that leap of faith and start climbing. A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.
