建议信（白色污染）

Dear sir or madam，

As a loyal of your newspaper who pays great regular/devoted/faithful attention to "White pollution",I am writing this letter for the purpose of expressing my opinions and making suggestions.

作为你们报纸一名非常关注白色污染的忠诚的读者，我写信是想要表达自己的观念并且提建议。

Plastic bags, from my perspective/to my understanding/in my opinion/ I deem are characterized by the damage/harm/pollution to the environment. Thus, it is great of necessity to limit/restrict the use of them,However, compared with the public expectation , restrictions on plastic bags have not keen successful or satisfactory in our city. Accordingly ,it is advisable for your newspaper to more report/publicize."White Pollution"（which will bring readers the awareness of environmental protection ,rouse their passion for loving environment and help to reduce the use of plastic bags.)In addition, you are supposed to educate and encourage readers to use paper or cloth bags instead of/rather than plastic ones.

塑料袋，在我看来，突出特征就在于其对于环境的破坏，因此，很有必要限制使用塑料袋，然而与公众的期待相比，限制使用塑料袋在我们这所城市并没有那么成功或令人满意。因此，贵报应该更多报道白色污染的严重程度，这将带给读者环保意识，唤起他们保护环境的热情，有助于减少塑料袋的使用，此外，你们应该鼓励读者使用纸袋和布袋而不使用塑料袋。

I deem that/I reckon that/I am convinced that with our shared efforts,"White Pollution"will be alleviated/reduced/cut down and even be eliminated.
