Jeff: Hey, Simon. I want to tell you something. Do you have a minute to spare? 

Simon: Of course, Jeff. What's up? 

Jeff: Well, I wanted you to be the first to know. I've decided to quit this job. 
Simon: Ohl I hope it wasn't something I said. 

Jeff: No, don't be so silly! You've been nothing but nice to me. I'm just not happy here any more. 

Simon: Yes, I know you have had some problems with your supervisor. Are you sure I can't persuade you to stay though? 

Jeff: No, I've made up my mind, and plus, I've already handed In my notice to my supervisor this morning. I've not told anyone else though, so can you keep it a secret? 

Simon: Of course I can. I'm really going to miss you when you leave.
