Jeff: Hi there. Do you mind if I join you? 

Nicole: No, not at all. 

Jeff: Great. My name's Jeff, by the way. I just started working this month. 

Nicole: Hey, Jeff. I'm Nicole. I work over in the Finance Department. So how are you finding your first month? Do you like the job? 

Jeff: Well, it's okay, but I'm having some problems with my supervisor, Tim. 

Nicole: Oh, Tim. I've heard he's a hard guy to work for. Just last week I saw a girl running out of the office in tears.

Jeff: Oh wow! That's really not good. Do you know why she was crying? 

Nicole: Yea. She told me it was because Tim had told her off in front of the whole office for coming into work two minutes late.
