Greg: Hey, man. Guess what? We have a new colleague in our department. Her name is Rachel and she's such a sweet girl. 

James: Wow, "she". I know what you mean. What's she like as a person?

Greg: I think she's the one for me! She's a typical beauty - blond hair, pretty face, charming body shape, lovely smile, beautiful voice, decent behavior-you name it, she has it. 

James: She sounds perfect. Are you sure there is nothing bad about her? 

Greg: I haven't found anything negative yet. Of course I don't know her quite well. Noh, she has left me with a good first impression of her. 

James: Alright, then. Shall I say "someone" has fallen in love at first sight? 

Greg: Kind of. The thing is I don't know yet if she is seeing someone. 

James: Don't be upset if such a good girl has already got someone. If she is still available and likes you, you'll be the luckiest guy ever!
