Luke: Good morning! I am Luke White, and I'm interested in the job opening in your company. 

Sara: Good morning, Mr. White. How can I help? 

Luke: Your list of requirements says that a teaching certificate is needed for the teacher training position. Is this certificate a must? 

Sara: It is strongly recommended, and I can't stress enough how important that qualification is. 

Luke: Well, I do not possess one, but I do have five years of teaching experience in a foreign country. Is this okay? 

Sara: I'm afraid it is highly unlikely that you will be offered the position unless you have the certificate. 

Luke: I understand your emphasis on this certificate. Will you accept any equivalent of this one? 

Sara: It depends on what it is, but yes, we will.
