Sally: Mr. White, the recruitment for five summer trainee receptionists is done.

Mr. White: Good, tell me.

Sally: We received about 50 resumes from college students. I selected 20 to interview over the phone. Ten had face-to-face interviews.

Mr. White: What are the last five applicants’ backgrounds?

Sally: Two are juniors and the other three are seniors. They all major in secretarial English.

Mr. White: Very good. Their professional knowledge will help them get started quickly.

Sally: Yes, sir. I’ve notified them to check in next Monday. Here is their orientation training program.

Mr. White: OK. I’d like you to keep an eye on these green hands.

Sally: Of course, sir.
