Hello Roger, welcome to the show. How are you today? I'm doing well, Lindsay, thank you so much for having me. I'm excited to be here and share some things with your listeners. Yes, I'm so excited to have you here, guys. Today I have Roger William's from the crossing it off podcast.

Roger, thank you so much. Yeah. So first of all we're talking about this term cross off. I want to make sure our listeners know what this verb means first because it's going to be we're going to use it a lot today in the show. So what is this mean?

Cross off said, you are a chief crosser offer of a bucket list. So let's go down to the verb to cross off. What is that? Yeah, it's across off is to basically just if you have a list to put a line through it, right? That you've, you've done that thing, whatever it is on your list, that item.

You've crossed it off. Yeah, as I love it and then going to the list. Now, I love this term bucket list because I think it comes from an original idiom. Is that right? Can you tell us about that Roger? Yeah, yeah. So the original idiom is that you have kicked the bucket when you when you pass away or you die.
