Now, let’ s talk about motivation .This is Dr. Wang from MT English .The subject was time management and I was saying time management(时间管理) .In order to do time management right ,you have to have a factor of motivation(动机) .The motivation is something comes within your own heart inside of you .That cannot be easily transferred from your teacher to you as a student or from a master to a apprentice(徒弟).

I am the master, you are the student .So I’m honestly saying to you that as a teacher I don’ t know how to teach motivation .Because motivation has to come from yourself .You have to talk to yourself every morning every day that you are motivated, you are motivated to do something right for yourself .You wanna  do that from your own heart, nobody can push you, nobody can teach you, nobody can change you .You, yourself are the only one can do that .

So you have to have motivation from yourself that you wanna  learn English, you wanna  learn good English .That would be the NO.1 to do anything .You wanna  learn time management because you are so motivated to learn time management with that in mind then I can, I can help you, I can guide you to go down a list of things you needed to do .In order to systematically(系统地) improve your skill on time management.

Ok let’s come back to motivation .Why do you want to learn English because you are motivated to do that .You will not use excuse of ‘I am too busy’ .If you constantly use ‘I am too busy’ and therefore I can not spend time in learning English, in learning time management .Then you will not able to learn well .No matter what I teach you, no matter what I guide you, you will tell yourself everyday ‘I am too busy’ ‘I am too busy’. The other way of looking at ‘I am too busy’ is this is not important enough, learning English is not important enough, learning time management is not important enough .

Then of course, why motivation to learn time management become a priority because in your life, time management is important .We are all busy on many many things ,and therefore, doing things more effectively efficiently according to the skill of time management become a very important subject in managing your time on everyday .Of course, we all have to do things more effectively efficiently and that’s what we going to discuss the next time .Thank you so much for listening to me .This is MT English Dr. Wang .See you next time.
