Hello！Good afternoon! This is Dr.Wang from MT English where you can learn English through venturous experience.

Well, today is Sunday, Sunday afternoon and it was a good day.

今天是星期天，星期天下午，天气很好。

Well, I was busy today from the morning to this afternoon and to this evening.

我今天很忙，从早上忙到晚上。

I went to a Sunday School, then I went to church, having lunch with a group of friends called The Friendship Force.

我去了主日学校，去了教会，然后和世界友好协会的朋友一起吃饭。

Then I have a meeting at the three o'lock in the afternoon, five o’clock another meeting, then dinner. It was a busy day.

三点钟一个会议，五点钟一个会议，然后吃晚餐。非常忙碌的一天。

I am sure everybody one time or another facing busy day and involving in a good time management.

我相信每个人都或多或少经历过很繁忙的一天，这就涉及到好的时间管理。

There is a way to do a good time management that I wanna share with you and you have to listen very carefully because it is a little bit complicated.

我想跟你们分享一个时间管理的好方法，你需要很认真地听，因为这会有点复杂。

If you draw a horizontal line, this line means the degree of importance on the things you do.

如果你画一条横线，这条横轴线代表着你要做的事情的重要程度。

The vertical line is the degree of urgency and the upper part of the vertical line meansvery urgent. The lower part of the vertical line means not so urgent.

纵轴线代表事情的急迫性，纵轴线的上端意味着非常紧急，下端就表示没有那么紧急。

So this will make a matrix with vertical line and horizontal line as indicator.

因此横轴和纵轴形成的矩阵就会是一个（时间管理的）指示器。

If you divide this，horizontaland vertical area into four square or four rectangular area.

如果你把横轴纵轴分为四块，就会有四个长方形区域。

So the upper right corner represents things important and also urgent.

所以右上方的长方形代表非常重要又急迫。

The lower left corner means not important and not urgent.

左下方的长方形就表示没有那么重要和急迫。

So the other two corners，what does they represent? I am sure you can figure that out.

另外两个长方形代表了什么，我相信你们可以想象出来。

So I will talk to you up to this point now.What I just described to you is a tool for time management.I will share more details with you the next time.How do you put your day-to-day items on this four rectangular areas?
