Companies with offices located in Pudong New Area must isolate employees choosing to stay on site or allow them to work from home during the lockdown period. Institutions located in the Lujiazui Financial Zone are working to keep the city's financial sector up and running.

2.LONG MARCH-6 CARRIER ROCKET SENDS 2 SATELLITES INTO ORBIT

我国成功发射长征六号改运载火箭

A modified version of the Long March-6 carrier rocket with solid strap-on boosters made its maiden【初次的】 flight yesterday, sending two satellites into orbit. Lei Shuran has more.

北京时间昨天17时50分，我国在太原卫星发射中心成功发射长征六号改运载火箭，搭载发射的浦江二号卫星和天鲲二号卫星，顺利进入预定轨道，发射任务获得圆满成功。

The rocket blasted off from the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center in Shanxi Province at 5:50 pm yesterday. The modified rocket is the space program's first equipped with solid strap-on boosters and can send satellites into a sun-synchronous【同步的】orbit. One of the two satellites will be used for research, land and resources surveys, plus other tasks. The other will do space environment detection technology tests.

Russian and Ukrainian delegations held "constructive" negotiations in Turkey on Tuesday. Turkish Foreign Minister said that the talks between negotiators from the two countries in Istanbul marked the most significant progress in discussions to date.
