He told them that they cannot judge a tree, or a person, by only one season,and that the nature [ˈneɪtʃər]自然界 of them can only be measured [ˈmeʒərd]测量 at the end,when all the seasons are up.
If you give up when it's winter, you will miss the promise of your spring,the beauty of your summer, fulfillment of your fall. Don't let the pain[peɪn]疼痛of one season destroy [dɪˈstrɔɪ] the joy [dʒɔɪ]快乐 of all the rest [rest]休息，剩余部分
