I cannot always control what goes on outside. But I can always control what goes on inside. As a human being, you can guarantee one thing for sure: Life will serve you up a great variety of highs and lows.

我无法控制外界发生的事情，但我总是能够控制我内心的想法。作为人类，这件事不可避免：生活中会经历各种酸甜苦辣。

Even though we are all guaranteed highs and lows, very few of us realize that we have the power to control what those highs and lows mean to us.
