我就要为这个孩子活，我就要为把这件事做成活，我要出人头地气死那个看不起我的人，我要为这个活，等等。看起来都是格局小了，但是人只有这样才能找到意义呀。
所以，有一位讲领导力的老师就跟我说，一个人有领导力本质上是啥？
就是他能够在广大的世界中切出一个小片段，然后让身边的人只看到这个小的局啊。
